Short and Sweet: Camouflaged RX bottle hidden in a busy shopping complex next to a busy road. Should be an easy find for an experienced cacher. Terrain is 1.5 only because this would not be wheel-chair accessible.
CO works in one of the nearby stores and will be eagerly waiting to 'bust' some cachers. Well, I won't be able to actually 'bust' you, just watch from inside if you happen to come by between 8 and 2, Monday through Friday ; ) This shopping center and intersection can be pretty busy at times, but I've seen people hanging around GZ and on the grass so it's nothing out of the ordinary. There is some mini-swag and a $2 bill for the FTF.
