A hike up through the Balmoral Hills over the ridge on the way to White Lake.
The Balmoral Bluffs Trail system has three distinct trailheads, but we chose to use the Hendrikson Road trailhead and then took the White Lake trail at the junction. The trail climbs over a ridge, then winds over the slopes to White Lake.
Since there already was a cache on top of the ridge and the hill above was far too dense, the cache was placed a short ways past the ridge.
