Geocache Description:


Yew Dell is the creation of master craftsman and nurseryman Theodore Klein. With a collector’s obsession and artisan’s spirit, this self-taught maker of all things transformed thirty-three acres of Kentucky farmland into an historic property with Arts-and-Crafts-style gardens, unusual specimens, and classic stone structures. After Klein’s death, the Conservancy helped develop the master plan and the technical strategies needed to preserve this historic property for the enjoyment and education of the public.

You are looking for a small black bottle with log and very small items. There is no need to look anywhere near RR tracks. Bring your own pen and take some time to enjoy what has become a major center of gardening, research, and education for the greater Louisville region.
