Geocache Description:

This cache is on the grounds of the Kaw River State Park. The difficulty/safety of this cache is very weather/season dependent, please keep this in mind when searching for this cache. Not recommended for children or the elderly.

Out geocaching with my daughter the other day, we lost GPS signal. To re-acquire we had to get to higher ground. We discovered the cache location during our assent. This cache is named for my recent trip to Ft. Drum, NY, home of the 10th Mountain Division. You are looking for a small grey plastic cylindrical container. A photo has been posted. Contents: Log scroll & green plastic catapillar
