This section of rest area was once part my great grandfather Donald J. Long's farm. He was born on Feb 28, 1901 in Whitley Co. and died April 23, 1963. In the early 60's just before his death the city came twice and took land, which he fought for, but lost. This cache is dedicated to him. This cache is located in the now closed East Bound Rest Stop, just off Highway 30. While looking for this cache please park with care, be respectful of the property, please do not try to pull back behind the barricades, and please don't cache at night. Good luck!
