Little known about ol' Rip is that he actually had a job but in typical fashion, he spent most of his time taking a break and avoiding hard work in his private break area.
Unfortunately, Rip took a nap and what was once a nice workday refuge has been neglected every since. Well, at least ol' Rip left something to remind us of him and laziness.
The cache is a ccamouflaged, plastic container with log and room for trade items. Sit for a spell if you like but don't be like ol' Rip. At least the next cacher will find you and can wake you up.
