Six Degrees of Wellandport Traditional Cache
Rookie Boy: I think after 10.5 years, this one has run its course. It's survived flooding (that's why it is up the hill now). It's seen I think 3 water trails and everyone has asked me if I'd like to move or archive so they could place more. Now they can have the spot.
I'll be by sometime to retrieve the cache.

As with Kevin Bacon, everyone seems to be able to associate themselves with Wellandport. It is a small, quaint farming community. If you think hard about it (or maybe not so hard!), you have or know someone who has been to, driven through, or knows someone who lives there. And if you don't or haven't, do the cache and you'll be six degrees closer to Wellandport.
The cache is located in the local community park. It is hidden in the treed area in the north-east corner. The container is a cammoed matchstick container and contains a log only. The park is a nice place to visit - picnics, sports, boating.
