This cache was made a while ago, but the danger of muggling was much to high. Now it's been moved, and the difficulty has been raised quite a bit. It's located near the fountain. ( It used to be in the fountain itself)
The cache itself is a small lock and lock, with the logbook and pen inside. I recommend going to the nearby park and taking in the scenery. Don't move the cache much! It's in a high-risk area. :)
