Jack and Jake were both Pixies. They were
best of friends and on Halloween evening they went out together to
play trick or treat.
Before long they had managed to collect a
large bag of 'treats' which were mostly sweets and chocolate but
there were a few small toys too. They were both well behaved pixies
and to be honest, would never have played a trick on anyone
anyway.
As they were making their way home Fairy
Blosson who was in front of them tripped and fell over. Of course
Jack and Jake rushed over to help her up and make sure she wasn't
hurt.
While they were helping Fairy Blossom an
evil Elf stole their bag of goodies. They chased after him but he
could run so quickly. As they struggled to catch up, the Elf would
eat one of the sweets from the bag and drop the wrapper on the
floor. He was so fast that he soon disappeared out of sight. All
Jack and Jake could do was follow the trail of papers that the
naughty Elf had dropped along the way.
Suddenly Jack's mobile phone rang - it was
his mother telling the boys to both come home for supper. Now they
would never find the Elf...
Can you help? I'm afraid you can't follow the
trail of papers any more as the wind has blown them all away. We do
have something a bit more high-tech though - some
coordinates.
See if you can find where the Elf hid the
remains of the 'goodies' - I bet there aren't any sweets left now
though!
Good luck.
