My mother’s maternal grandparents lived here in Rock. We visited them a lot in the 50’s and into the 60’s. Stalter cemetary is the final resting place for a lot of my family. I visit Rock from time to time, to enjoy a meal at the restaurant and to say “Hi” to my good friend Ednamerle, the Postmaster here in Rock.
I wanted my first hide to be a special place, in my memories as well as today. This place is perfect.
When I placed this cache, Ednamerle was the Postmaster at this post office. She recently retired, we hope to get her replacements up to speed on the cache.
You are looking for a cammo’d spice bottle. Contents are a pig, a Sacagawea dollar, a Susan B. Anthony dollar, and a James Monroe dollar.
