This cache is part of a series set around the picturesque village of Chipping, in the heart of the Ribble Valley, on the edge of the Trough of Bowland. A walk approximately 2 hours. This cache is a small plastic box.
The area surrounding this cache is showing signs of maintenance work along the banks of the tributary, so please re hide well. The footpath to and from Chipping - Old Hive cache is steeper terrain and rather boggy and muddy when the caches were set. There is a natural footpath to follow through this area of woodland and fields.
