Geocache Description:

The cache started the week of halloween hence the name. It is in a easy to find location, you can park in the retail park an walk to the location.

The cache is just off a pathway that takes you from the hough retail park to lichfield road in stafford. No geographical reason for the cache being placed where it has been other than the relevance of parking and the amusement of the spoiler!
