This cache is located near Alexandria State Park, but is actually located in the Alexandria WMA. So we thought: Double the Fun.....Lots of walking, Fishing, Camping, Caching, Hunting all in two areas.
This cache is Located in the Alexandria WMA, So BE AWARE DURING HUNTING SEASON PLEASE!!!!!
It is located so close to the state lakes you could camp, and fish just out of the WMA. If you do park in the State lake parking be aware a State Park sticker IS required. No Sticker required in the WMA. Also If parking in the State Park there is a break in the fence to get to the WMA. And it looks like a new walking path being made to connect the two.
We have actually had this Cache hid since July but keep losing the coordinates before we post them.
The Cache contains several trade items pertaining to the area, and the log book, writing stick as usual. It's starting out full to the top!!!
One last thing, There is a bottle of bubbly for the first to find to celebrate with, be sure to have fun with the bubbles!!!
