The Rancho Vistoso area of Oro Valley has many wonderful desert trails that meander between the various housing developments. Many people who live in the community don’t even know the trails are there! These paths offer a quiet escape from civilization even while being right in town. It’s not unusual to see desert wild life when exploring these trails. Javalina, coyotes, lizards, morning dove, and Gambel’s quail frequent the area. Oh yeah, and you might just spy a bob cat or snake or gila monster too! This cache is placed in one of the most scenic and least traveled sections of the trail system. It shouldn't be too hard to find, just stay away from the electric fence! The cache contains a log only, bring your own writing instrument.
