This is the third in a series of caches placed near the Appling County/ Pierce County line
As we were leaving a Sunday School social near Scuffletown, we noticed an ideal cache location. As we investigated, we realized it was actually an ideal location for hiding multiple caches! We really wanted to do a mini cache run (we could have done about 8-10 caches here) but there just wasn't good parking. So, we decided to just place 3...one in each spot with ample room to pull off the road.
It is an ideal location for many reasons, one being that there are no other caches for many miles. Hopefully, this series will help those of you working on the Georgia County Challenge save some miles, because you can grab both Appling and Pierce Counties within about a mile of each other!
Each cache container is different and each cache is hidden in a slightly different way. I will admit, these are by no means our most creative hides, but we did try to add a little variety.
I don't want to give it away, but I will say that this cache is the smallest and probably the most difficult in the series. It should still be a pretty quick find!
