Wis Kid: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Geocache Description:

I have changed the terrain rating after reading the last few logs. When I hid this it was in the fall and was pretty easy to get to because the weeds were dead. In the summer you will have to do some bushwhacking and will get lots of little burrs on you depending on how you go in.

This cache is dedicated to the best dog our family has ever had, an English Setter named Buddee. After I moved out of the house, any time I would go to visit, Buddee would grab anything near him, like a sock or a shoe and bring it to me grunting and wagging his tail like crazy. When I was younger I took him for a walk by the Fox Hill Conservation Area. He saw a turkey and took off chasing it. I called and called for him but he did not come back. After what seemed like an hour I found him hunkered down in a swampy area. I think he was afraid because I was yelling for him or he was still stalking the turkey!

This cache is hidden in Ridge Run Park(south entrance). Park towards the north end of the parking lot and take the trail that used to be a trail but is now blocked with trees....there is a way around. You are looking for a 1 gallon size gray container that has a picture of Buddee on it. I did not leave a clue because I had no clue where Buddee was when I was looking for him. Please re-hide as you found it.

When you log this cache please share a memory of your dog or other pet.
