Shenanagan: Found a bull-dozer doing construction in the area earlier last night. Rescued the cache from the tree that was moved 10 feet away from where it originally posted. We will be disabling this cache due to the construction going on in the area for the expansion of the parking lot.

Geocache Description:

A brown container a little bigger than a shoebox.

One of the members of DeltasigOX decided to hide a present for the other member of DeltasigOX in this container. FTF get's Chad's present! (if Chad didn't already discover this one yet)

Located on the Frostburg State University campus. Parking on campus Monday through Friday during regular semesters is restricted to PERMITTED PARKING ONLY, and I can assure you that campus police do some serious ticketing for illegal parking. You may park on all Frostburg city streets around the edges of campus unless otherwise posted. You may park on campus weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and Friday after 4:30 p.m. through Monday 7:00 a.m without permit.

If you would like to park closer or avoid a parking fee, this cache is close to the Sand Spring/Cambridge lot so you can keep an eye on your car in case campus police decides to come by.
