What a title, huh?
Let's try this again! Back in 2007 I got involved with a study of the headwear that President Lincoln's current day descendants use. (GC12G7D) It may seem an odd thing to study, but the close examination of just that sort of thing seems to be my mission on earth.
We all know that President Lincoln's headwear preference was a stovepipe hat. It was fashionable back then, but if the Lincoln family had continued that tradition to modern times, they would surely be ridiculed. But exactly what is a modern Lincoln sporting these days?
Although the original modern day Lincoln cap was lost in a flood, my colleagues Lindave have just uncovered another example, and we are happy and proud to present it to the geocaching community once again.
