Free parking close to cache is not possible. This cache is best accessed on foot or by bike. High muggle area on game days so use discretion when searching. Don't search for this one at night with a flashlight. Day hunting only is recommended.

Mark this day Giants fans! As of 11-1-2010 your "San Francisco" Giants are World Champions for the first time! My father in law, brother in law, wife and I and our two young sons (ages 4 & 2) drove from Sacramento, parked at Richmond, boarded the JAM PACKED BART to Embarkadaro and became 6 of the over 1,200,000 fans welcoming our team home from Texas. The ticker tape parade was spectacular and a memory I will always have with me. What a treat to have been here on this day, for this historic celebration. After the parade we walked to AT&T Park and enjoyed our bagged lunches near McCovey Cove. I had a previously placed cache in the area called "In The Land of Giants" that was going missing often, so this cache and another replaces that one. I just love getting tid bits and highlights from cachers who have enjoyed the latest Giants game, so keep the logs rollin! Now let's have a short winter and bring on the 2011 season!
