Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted co-ordinates. You will need to solve the puzzle to obtain them.
This is our first attempt at a Mystery Cache and we hope you enjoy it. There isn’t enough of this type of cache in the Launceston area, and as I enjoy puzzles (J doesn’t!!) I thought it only fitting that I take the idea (with a twist) from the daily cryptogram in the Examiner newspaper. Good Luck!!

According to the Wikipedia, a cryptogram is a puzzle created from a short piece of encrypted text. The puzzle prepared here is a substitution cypher where each letter is replaced by a different letter. To solve this puzzle you will need to recover the original lettering.
It is believed that the first use of cryptograms for entertainment purposes was during the middle ages by monks who enjoyed intellectual games in their spare time. They have also been used to conceal military and personal secrets. Whilst none of the above applies, the solution will lead you to a 500ml cammo container containing the usual log book, small swaps relevant to the area and Our Police Heroes TB.
