"America's Largest Oak Tree on Record" Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

-DeRock-: Greetings,

While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been down for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Thank you,

-DeRock-

Geocache Description:

America's largest Bebb Oak Tree on record sits near the
corner W Auburn Rd. & S. Livernois Rd...
Come check it out, it's not often you get to see an oak
tree this large & this old. It's a real site to see!!! There's an open lot on the east
side of Livernois Rd or on the south end (it's a little further
walk from the south end but a little safer.) Enjoy!
