Geocache Description:

My geo-pugs and I enjoy this trail quite often, it is in the off lease area of Whatcom Falls Park. We consider it an extension of our yard since we live a block from the park.

You are looking for a small lock-n-lock which has been camoed to fit with it's surroundings. It is hidden within just a step or 2 of the trail. You should have no reason to bushwack in order to find the cache. This is also a re-growth area for the park, so please treat it as such. You will see signs from when it burned during the pipeline explosion 10 years ago. It has came a long way, but still has a long way to go yet.

If you find the cache, please re-hide it exactly where you found it to preserve the fun for future cachers.

After you have cached in, continue on the trail. Stay on the trail as it will wind you along the cliffs above the creek. You will be treated to peek-a-boo views of the creek and lower falls. When you pop out of the trees stay to your left and the trail will continue along the ridge where you will enjoy more views of the city and bay. Hook back into the tree's when you see the pink tape and it will bring you right back to the main trail by the Cemetery.
