Teddy's First Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

SaintSteven: I looked for the cache today and it was missing. This is the third time the cache has been taken away or interfered with so I am reluctantly archiving it. It did have a TB in it when it disappeared, Some Sad people about.

Geocache Description:

The cache is a clip-lock container and is in an environmentally-friendly public park. It had a new Travel Bug in the form of a Teddy Bear, placed in it on July 29th.

The cache is in a park which has 67 acres of young woodland, with 18.000 native trees, a community orchard, a play area, including a “natural” play area, a human sundial and a wind turbine. There are wooden sculptures throughout the park which has many footpaths. There is a unique environmentally friendly building that demonstrates wind and solar power, photo-voltaics, rainwater recycling and sewage composting. There are ponds, one of which is prominent near to the building centre.

The park has again been awarded a Green Flag Award in 2009/10.

There are cafe and toilet facilities available. There is a large free car park and there is a separate leisure centre nearby.

The cache is a clip-lock container.

When initially placed it contained a Travel Bug.This is the very first TB that I have placed and I will follow it’s progress with great interest. Other items are mainly kiddie-friendly toys. There is a log and a pencil.

STEALTH: It will probably become obvious that the park is very, very popular with dog walkers. They are prominent even in bad weather.

Please replace the cache in a upright vertical position so that it is well hidden.

PLEASE, PLEASE replace it where is should be. It has been moved to different places often.
After you have found the container look at the "hint" which will expain exactly where to replce it. Thank you.
