You need to look around and get the following information:
A = Number of windows on one side of the fort on the large Fort Delaware State Park sign minus 10.
B = Number of birds on the Civil War Shop sign by ticket office (One with crossed cannons)
Then go to the final stage located at:
39 Deg 33.A19 and 75 Deg 35.B98
Check sun A + B = 7. The final will be about 1 mile away in the Gras Dale area of Fort DuPont State park. Park at Gras Dale Center and you will have about 500' walk to the cache that is about 50' off of a wide gravel track.
For added adventure, continue a short distance down the road to see the C & D Canal up close.
