This a night only cache so you'll need a torch, a normal one will do it doesn't need to be 1 billion candle power. From the start (gap in wall beside the 'Six Mile Water' sign) you need to follow the reflective markers (about 50) to the cache. The final marker is two strips as opposed to a small square or dot. The cache is at the base of the tree with the final marker attached. When replacing make sure it is well concealed again to stop muggling as kids and dog walkers can be found here.
After contact from the FTF (congratulations kryten2x4p) I will add that you need to watch your step. In places the track is narrow and close to drops into water. So you have been warned.
It is approximately 1km out and back as the crow flies. You might be able to do this during the day but it will probably take you some time to find some of the markers in daylight and after all it's more fun at night The terrain isn't really that bad but I have marked it as 3 as you'll probably be in the dark, there are places where you need to watch your step and there are some steepish slopes involved. So keep a watch for your footing while following the markers.
Some times the direction you need to take may not be the obvious one so always find the next marker before moving on.
I have marked a place where you can park which is as close to the start point as I can find. From parking there is a small trail (marked as Warmup waypoint, opposite side of road beside 'No Dumping' sign) where you can walk to the start point. There are four markers on trees down this short trail to let you see what they look like.
There are no markers on the way back so you'll be on your own. You can check behind you with a torch and retrace your steps, or just make your way back again. You can't really go wrong unless you decide to go for a dip in the river.
