A small container with a log placed near a shrine at the entrance to coalmines. When we were placing the cache we were approached by a local resident who informed us that the shrine was erected in honour of a local jockey and his sister who were killed in a car accident approximately 40 years ago on this old section of the old highway. Very sad to hear.
We suggest you visit the Heritage Gardens on the corner for a coffee and meal. A lovely place to stroll around the plants and trees. Fun for all the family.
Be careful when hunting for the cache as locals are always around.
