DO NOT TRESPASS. The cache is located on public access property but is near private land indicated by a fence. The cache is not on the fence or on the private property. The property is posted so it should be pretty easy to tell. Make absolutely sure that the container is unseen by anyone passing by. This cache is in a similar archived cache called Berry Land. This hide is a little bit different so I put it as another cache. I have a hunch the two previous containers from the old hide were either stolen or thrown out by whoever cleans so make certain it is well hid. To hopefully stop this from happening again I left some contact info on and inside the container and went with a cheaper container. Let me know when the part outside is wearing off.
