Flatrock Zero Eight gets its' name from two things. The area on Bell Island known as Flatrock, and runway 08 on the Bell Island airstrip.
This cache will take you to a neat part of Bell Island. There's a motocross park nearby, there's a lot of off-road and ATV activity in the immediate area, and of course there's the old runway. CCV4, the Bell Island Airstrip, is these days usually used for drag races in the summer, along with model aircraft flying. Personally speaking, the kid in me likes to drive down the runway in my vehicle when no one is around. :)
While placing this cache, someone WAS around, walking the runway, and got a good laugh at me enjoying my drive down runway 26 on my way to the cache site.
The cache is a couple hundred meters south of the 08 end of the runway. Its just off an ATV trail. You can get very close if you have a 4x4, but if you have a regular car you'd best leave it on the dirt road.
If you DO have a 4x4.... well, have fun. You can give it a good workout here.
Coords should be pretty tight - 65 pass average with 2.9m accuracy.
You are looking for a camouflaged small lok-n-lok container. Few toys for the kids on board when cache was placed. Room for a travel bug or two as well.

EDIT October 2014: The alders have grown in considerably since this cache was placed. Where once there was a hint of a trail to GZ, now you will need to do a bit of bushwhacking to get to the target area.
