I saw deer, lots of wild turkeys, and black cows as I walked up the trail to place the cache.
Walk the main trail until the cache is beside you then follow the game trials (less than 100 feet) to the cache. I think this is about a .36 walk (one way) up the hill with a steep section at one point. Now remember I (Momma Owl) walked this in order to place the cache so it really isn't as bad as it looks.
Stay to the side of the trail when it is muddy. For an extra challenge you can do this in the winter on skiis or snowshoes.
