The Walkabout Down Under!
Come walkabout for this Australian Geocache inspired and helped placed by our friend Brett from Sydney! You're looking for a Altoids magnetic container that has been decorated with Australian themed paper covering the container. Log book inside please bring your own pen!
This cache is placed where the new Arlanza Library is located on Wohlstetter Street. In case the library is not your ideal "shrimp on the barbie" you should still learn something while your here! Australia has over 140 species of land snakes, and around 32 species of sea snakes in Australian waters. Around 100 Australian snakes are venomous, and 12 species of capable of killing a human with their bite! As well as some of the worlds most deadliest snakes, Australia also has some of the worlds most venomous spiders! There are more then 2000 species of spiders in Australia, one of the most common and deadly spiders is the red back spider which is common like our Black Widow and similar in size and shape the difference being they have red on their backs not their stomachs! Always keep an eye out for these buggers!
