A Steep Muddy Hill Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lebbetter: Greetings from Groundspeak,

It has come to Groundspeak's attention this area is now off limits to geocaches due to a landslide that occurred in a ravine. The steep hillside is very unstable and it is very dangerous for anyone to be climbing in the area. The City has property on a portion of the hillside and has marked it "No Trespassing". Please remove your cache as soon as possible. Should you have additional questions or concerns, contact me here: http://bit.ly/ContactGeocaching.

Geocache Description:

As the name implies, the cache is at the bottom of a very steep muddy hill. It gets muddier as you get further down.

To get to this cache I would reccomend starting a the parking coordinates and head down until you get to the creek at the bottom. There are nettles too. They should be dead soon for the winter, but probably not when FTF is attempted. Bring gloves and mud tolerant clothes. DO NOT ATTEMPT AT NIGHT. If you're thinking about attempting my other cache, Terrain Challenge, this would be a good test as Terrain Challenge is much harder.

Congrats towtrkdug on your FTF
