Pigeon Lake Public Access is where the cache is placed and is a small size peanut butter jar.
The cache is placed on the public access property and has an easy approach and not much off the parking area. We kayak here all year around when the water is open. At the far end is the outlet for Pigeon Creek and is the headwaters for the river. In the spring you can kayak as far as you want to go but there will be portages. In the summer when the water is down you can walk along the creek gravel bottom in many places. This is not a difficult cache but it is cammo'd pretty well and should be accessible year around. Please replace exactly as found and beware of muggles. The cache contains a logbook, pencil and a few items that should be of interest to certain ages.
