Dalesman: This cache appears to have been unavailable for some time. Would the owner please check this cache and repair it or give an indication of when it may be sorted out. Otherwise it should be archived.
[red] If there is no response to this log after 14 days I will archive the cache.[/red] In the meantime I am disabling it.

Guidelines: "Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location. You are responsible for occasional visits to your cache to maintain proper working order, especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.). You may temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to search for it until you have a chance to fix the problem. This feature is to allow you a reasonable amount of time – normally a few weeks – in which to check on your cache. If a cache is not being maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an unreasonable length of time, we may archive the listing."

Geocache Description:

Can be done as part of the multi cache or as a standalone traditional cache.

The Puzzle:

F#1 = (F6 + F9) - ?

These series of caches can either be done as separate caches, or if you choose as part of a puzzle to find the 5th cache.
They are all set in a circular walk around Pugneys which is a 250 acre sight just outside of Wakefield and nearby to Sandal Castle.
The caches are all placed within close proximity of the footpath that goes around the main lake and will entail a circular walk starting and ending in the car park.

Parking is currently free (Nov 10) but charges are coming into force at a rate of the first hour being free and 50p per subsequent hour thereafter.

The puzzle is based on the Fibonacci sequence.

The Fibonacci sequence is an integer sequence introduced to Europe by Leonardo of Pisa in his book 'Liber Abaci' in 1202 though there is suggestions that the sequence was in use much earlier in India around 200BC.

At it most basic point it is a sequence of numbers whereby each subsequent number in the sequence is the sum of the previous two.
The first five numbers in the sequence are:

0,1,1,2,3

Different academics measure the starting point of the sequence either at 0 or 1, with 'F0' being the first number. In this puzzle F0 = 0 and is the starting point.

There is a total of 5 caches and coordinates and clues are provided for:

Fibonacci #1
Fibonacci #2
Fibonacci #3
Fibonacci #4

Each cache has part of a mathematical problem that must be worked out, part of the sum is provided, but the remainder of the sum can be found on the lid of the cache. Caches MUST be done in order for the coordinates to be correct. The resulting answer from the mathematical problem will provide the coordinates which will lead you to the fifth and final cache 'Fibonacci #5'

Fibonacci #5

N53 (F#1),(F#2)
W001 (F#3),(F#4)

Good Luck.
