Geocache Description:

This cache contains a log only. BYOP.

This is a fairly quick cache and dash located on the Frostburg State University Campus. Parking on campus Monday through Friday during regular semesters is restricted to PERMITTED PARKING ONLY, and I can assure you that campus police do some serious ticketing for illegal parking. You may park on all Frostburg city streets around the edges of campus unless otherwise posted. You may park on campus weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and Friday after 4:30 p.m. through Monday 7:00 a.m without permit. REMEMBER TO BE STEALTHY and watch for the college muggles that may be around.
