The Geodogs & I Love Old Cemeteries!

So, the geodog pack and this old wolf were out hunting several evenings ago (OK, it was only for caches naturally :>), and right at sunset we came across this cool old cemetery perched at the top of a knoll which is nearly 2000 feet up! Now I realize that we're not talkin' Himalayas here....but for this area that's pretty close to the clouds!
Because this place is at the tippy-top of a little knob-hill, It's almost like the planner was thinking, "Gee....they'll all be closer to their maker if we put 'em here AND they'll be further from the other guy to boot!".

  • This hide is listed as a three star for difficulty......but ONLY because that is what the ORIGINAL rating for the nano on the window sill at the old building was......and I don't want to take stats away from those who already found it at that difficulty. Now realistically it is closer to a TWO difficulty for most cachers.
  • There is no need to "dig around" and tear at the old wall to get to it......the cache is in plain sight when you lift ONE easy to spot and obvious flat rock........and is NOT near any head stones! PLEASE check the hint in order to preserve this old place.
  • OH........and I would say no night caching....but wolves cannot be hypocrites.....just PLEASE respect this place and those who are interred here
UPDATE: May 2018

The little building where this one used to hide as a VERY hard to locate nano has finally been torn down (probably just before it fell on it's own). I re-hid it in order to keep a cache at this cool location, but it's slightly different style of hide and at the otherside of the cemetery. In order to limit searching and wear and tear on the wall, please check the updated hint and write-up information.
