The Kalabus-Perry currently has about 3.5 miles of trails with the potential of quite a few more. The trail was constructed by Saratoga BOCES forestry management students. There is a benchmark that is located near the property (not sure if it is on the property or not) but we could only locate the two reference marks and not the official BM itself. The basic trail is a figure-8 and marked pretty well.

This KFC version includes an oversized container for the kids to trade their wares with plenty of room for trades.

Safety First! .......Take a friend, Look out for others, take a cell phone if possible, watch where you're stepping, NEVER UNCOVER ANY CACHE WITH YOUR HANDS OR FEET, USE A STICK! If you feel uncomfortable in doing a cache, for any reason, just walk away!!!
