"Chihiro Art Museum Azumino" is built in Matsukawa Village, Nagano Prefecture.
Picture book artist Iwasaki Chihiro (1918-1974) works have been exhibited.
Chihiro's representative works well, early works, and works and works and shows the ties Shinshu.
Has about 80 paintings on display.
Chihiro's parents are born and raised in Shinshu, pioneered in the village as a farmer after the WWII lived Matsukawa.

安曇野ちひろ美術館は、長野県松川村にあります。
昭和時代に活躍した、絵本画家いわさきちひろ（1918～1974）の美術館です。
ちひろの代表作のほか、初期の作品、信州との深い結びつきを示す作品など、約８０点が展示されています。
ちひろの両親は信州で生まれ育ち、戦後は松川村で開拓農民として暮らしました。
ちひろは幼いころからこの地を何度も訪れ、スケッチも数多く残しています。
開館期間：3月1日～11月30日
開館時間：9:00～17:00
休館日：第2、4水曜日
入館料：大人800円、高校生以下無料
美術館の周りに公園があり、その中に一軒の住宅が建っています。
これはちひろが建てた黒姫山荘です。移築されてここに建っています。
ここで多くの作品を描いていたそうです。
キャッシュはこの山荘が見える場所に設置しました。
休館日でもアクセスできます。
