A nice diversion when driving the beautiful Tourist Route 23.
Close to the entrance of Flaxton Mill Drive is a large stand of bamboo, protected for "community reasons". This provides plenty of hiding spaces for our little cache.
This log-only cache is in a small, plastic Decor container and has been planted to provide a challenging find, but we hope the drive to Flaxton is well worth the trouble.
Once you've found the cache, reward yourself with a coffee at the nearby Flaxton Gardens with tremendous views over the Sunshine Coast.
