Geocache Description:

Henry Brooks Adams (1838-1918), author, educator, and descendant of US Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams, was very well connected and influential in his day. Perhaps his most widely read book was "The Education of Henry Adams" (1907).

Marian "Clover" Hooper Adams (1843-1885), wife of Henry Adams, was a prominent socialite in Washington D.C. and entertained frequently in their elegant home. She was also an accomplished amateur portrait photographer.

The container for the fourth cache in the series is a small lock n lock located a short distance off the trail. There is a prize for the FTF. Enjoy caching and please respect the environment.

Parking is along the street near the trail head of the Sunset Hill Trail off Rte 103A (see above Related Web Page), and across the road from The Fells, www.thefells.org.

Congratulations Molly Mac on FTF Honors!
