Geocache Description:

Congratulations Molly Mac on your FTF!! Nice work!

My inspiration for the name of this series of caches came from Patricia O'Toole's book, "The Five of Hearts: An Intimate Portrait of Henry Adams and His Friends, 1880-1914."

Now you know a little about John and Clara Hay and three of their closest personal friends. You may want to visit the Hay summer retreat, The Fells, (visit link) , just across Rte 103A from Sunset Hill Trail trail head.

This is the most challenging cache of the series. I am starting with a difficulty rating of 3.5. Please replace the cache exactly as found. The balance of the environment is fragile in some areas of the hill top. Please respect the ecology during your search.

Enjoy the great view of Lake Sunapee and Mt. Sunapee. There are new trail signs to help you as you walk the trail.

Parking for this series is along the road just down from the trail head of Sunset Hill Trail off Rte 103A, across the road from The Fells. Have you marked your parking spot with your GPS unit?
