[EN] Rubí is an ancient town, situated in the region Vallès Occidental, Catalonia. Also it was a mandatory stop for the people of the night, while seeking for psychotropic substances. Some years after, this small city is now among the lowest in terms of crime rates in Catalonia due to the strong and tough police action.
