A standard cache on public footpaths in the hamlet of Shutonger, near the village of Twyning, with views to the north west towards the Malvern Hills. Conveniently located for the Crown pub!
Set by Twyning Scouts Bison Patrol, to link up with the series of 2TSG Scout caches, including: Cleeve View, Curlews Nest, Sheepy Hollow, M50 View 2, Pheasant's Playground, A Fisherman's Tale and In for a penny in for The Pound. It could also link up with the BFRS series along the nearby disused railway.
The coordinates are for the cache, which is a small plastic camo container. It will accept small swaps, TBs etc.
If you park at the pub, you will need to walk south a little way to the bend in the road to pick up the footpath.
GPS reception may be poor due to tree cover. You will need to go past the cache to fully appreciate the view.
Initial contents include scout badges, an Egyptian coin, some toy soldiers and a cuddly puppy.
Enjoy!
