Geocache Description:

You can drive right up to the cache and the terrain is flat. The cache should be easy to find if you look around waist level. Spend some time to learn history.

This geocache was placed in honor of Barnard H. Seegmiller, who donated this land to the city of St. George. It was placed by two grandsons and a great grandson. The cache is named after grandpa's cattle brand.

This park is a work in progress. When it's completed, it will be like stepping back into pioneer history, with volunteers dressed in period clothing and all.

You will see some farm equipment along a barbed wire fence. Don't look any further. The cache was placed in a location to showcase the types of equipment used to farm the red Dixie dirt.

The geocache is a clear, film canister with a log sheet. Bring your own pen or pencil. I have asked family to look over the cache if there are any immediate concerns. Other than that, it's pretty low maintenance.
