Kitachiba water way lead water from Tone river to Edo river. It started from Inzai town and ended at Matsudo town.
There are three official objective for it. 1st is prevent over flooding around tega river. 2nd is keep enough water at Edo river with water from Tone river. And 3rd is flow away impurity of Tega numa. And fourth object for geocachers is mile stone for caches. Please enjoy caching along this water way.
There seemed kind of bee around there. So I recommend not to push your finger at everywhere.
