Small lock 'n' lock. May have to navigate sloped, uneven, and loose terrain. There are trees to brace yourself with though, and it isn't that far off the new paved trail.
There used to be a cache very close to here. It was named "Rail Trail" and was placed by Hill Folk. The trail used to be just grass/gravel , and before that it was a rail road. The railroad has moved operations elsewhere and the old trail has been paved, and the nearby train bridge has been decked and is now a pedestrian/bicyclists' trail. A wonderful addition to Ottumwa's recreational components. Enjoy, and have fun!
