Geocache Description:

Cachers are seeking a camo'd tubular container that is not very far from another entrance to the Preserve. Although there is some parking, there is just enough room for one vehicle.

The 3 star difficulty will depend on what entrance you use.

Sal Taylor Creek Preserve is located in southwest Duval County. The 400-acre park includes marked, unpaved trails and is open to the public for walking, biking, horseback riding, and enjoyment of natural setting.

Visitors to the preserve will enjoy the preserve's lovely forests, swamps, and blackwater stream community. Sal Taylor Creek is part of the Black Creek system, which flows into the St. John's River.

Please read the park sign upon arrival for the do's and dont's and animals to be aware of while on the trail.

The park hours are sunrise to sunset. Enjoy, Let's Go Geocaching!
