The area appears to be the depression left after the mountain
was excavated for the soil and rocks. In the center the black rock
stands out like the podium. Get on top of it to and look around,
you will feel like you are standing in the middle of a large
stadium. Imagine a gallery full of spectators cheering you to find
a cache.
The cache is a round lock n lock box with a log book, pencil,
sherpener, few goodies. I have left my "TrueGeo's Reindeer" travel
bug here to start its journey. It is looking to escape the desert
heat as fast as possible.
