This is the first in a series of caches that will share a general hid style but will vary in the specifics. Once you find one, others will probably be easier to spot. You do not need to cross the fence.
This road is frequented by cyclists who can enjoy nice views along the climbing winding route. In 2009 the Tour of California bicycle race passed along this road as well, so it seems the Pros agree with the locals on the quality of the ride.
