The cache is located in West Tyson County Park.
Originally this was a multicache. But the first waypoint, a little man hiding under a rock ledge, apparently ran off. Thus the name of this new cache. It is a standard, straight forward cache. No tricks, no puzzles. Cache is a regular container located not far off the Flint Quarry Trail. Just a short hike.
