You're looking for a small cache but not a micro. It could hold a few small trade items or geocoins. Log only, BYOP. There is room to pull off the road on the East side of the bridge but use good judgement in wet weather, your best bet would be the county road further East of the bridge. Probably not a place for the little ones to roam free.
This arch bridge has no plaque or markings on it but it is constructed almost exactly like the Arch 2 bridge not far from here. I would hunt this cache in the daylight and take some time to look under the bridge at the arch. You can still see the wood grain in the concrete from the 2" X 6' 's they used in the forms. If indeed it was built by the same company then it dates back to around the 20's. Enjoy!
